Stacy is Wayne's ex-girlfriend and she only appears in Wayne's World. Stacy isn't very smart, so doesn't understand that Wayne has broke up with her and still treats him like he is her boyfriend (ie: giving Wayne an anniversary present and asked if he is going to the Gasworks). Other examples of her not being bright is when she gives Wayne an "anniversary" present that he wouldn't even like, not paying attention while riding her bike, resulting in her hitting a car and not looking while kissing her new boyfriend to get Wayne jealous resulting in them crashing through the skylight of the Gasworks. Stacy does not appear in Wayne's World 2 possibly meaning she finally got that Wayne doesn't like her anymore or Lara Flynn Boyle wasn't avaliable.
